Sourcing and cooking real food

We are dedicated to sourcing and cooking real food and we support producers who farm, grow, harvest and fish using sustainable and responsible methods.

It is easier now than ever before to overlook domestically farmed produce in favour of the cheaper imported alternative. This fixation with price over quality has promoted rises in killer diseases such as obesity and heart disease and has total disregard for ethical trading. We do things a little differently.

All of our meat is sourced personally by our butchers, who have built solid working relationships with producers and farmers. Our fishmongers equally share similar close relations with all of their suppliers. We believe that understanding the value of what we eat comes from building these relationships and appreciating that the craftsmanship and tradition practiced by many of our suppliers result in food rich in taste and texture. The focus remains the same throughout the day, from our light lunches and toasted Panini to our legendary fish and chips - the fish changes not just seasonally, but sometimes daily, it just depends what looks good on the Trawler.

Sundays are different; our chefs have created an all day brunch menu to be enjoyed in a relaxed weekend atmosphere. Read the papers, catch up with family and friends or simply enjoy the food.

Our menu changes seasonally and may occasionally deviate due to market availability, but our chefs pride themselves in serving consistently delicious meals.
